SJC dba Austere Clinical Solutions holds a contract with the Department of Interior for the National Region for the provision of emergency medical responders at the EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic level. These resources are located nation wide and dispatched through the Bozeman, MT interagency dispatch center.

SJC contracts with federal government entities such as the Department of Defense to provide staffed ground ambulance services to military bases nationwide.

SJC dba SJC Health provides local rural ambulance districts with contracted EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics with both short term (crisis staffing) and long term staffing contracts.

SJC dba Austere Clinical Solutions maintains roster-ready fully equipped quick response units in SUV and pickup configurations. QRUs are useful for the deployment of single responders at any level, up to critical care to supplement - or replace - fully staffed ambulances.

SJC employs dive medical technicians and public safety divers to meet the needs of our clients.

ACS's has specially trained Paramedics capable of operating in austere environments for long periods. Our Austere Paramedics operate in arctic, alpine, tropical, and desert environments providing a spectrum of care from primary to intensive care medicine.

ACS trains and equips our providers - from BLS to critical care to effectively respond to active threat and terrorism events, including operating in the warm zone.

SJC dba SJC Health partners with local ambulance districts to provide medical education including American Heart Association CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, initial EMT programs, and continuing education in a variety of topics. SJC Health runs the North Dakota Critical Care Consortium in partnership with medical facilities, ground ambulance services, and air ambulance services.

SJC maintains a number of Physician Medical Directors in a variety of specialties to provide contract physician oversight to government clients at the local and federal level.
